Thanks all. The last 3 seasons watching her grow into a great young hunter has been awesome. The first year she was scared/ shaking and couldn’t hit a deer. Last year she was calm as could be and same this year till after the shot. She shoots amazingly well for the few times I’ve been able to get her out. Going to try to get out more this next year. We farm and garden a lot so most of my shooting is in the winter. She needs more off hand practice for the shots that will come at some point with no rest available. Luckily I stocked up on .243, .22, and 9mm the last several years at cheap prices.

Farm country here so the deer fatten up on corn and beans. Good acorn crop this year too. Even a yearling buck gives a good amount of meat usually.
