Government shutdown and NWR's

I'm leaving for a trip to Jackson Hole / Yellowstone next week and am trying to figure out if the shutdown will impact my trip. Perhaps the National Elk Refuge and Yellowstone (I'm booked into the Old Faithfull and Mammoth Lodges) could be closed?

Opposite for me. Called Fort Carson wildlife and they said no access to hunting in my Colorado PCMS unit that was only going to be open weekends already. So almost 500.00 and 16 points down the shitter. So far Colorado says too bad if it isn't open. I'm not driving 18 hours solo to go fishing. Just unloaded hunting gear from truck and going on a 4 day trip to the UP instead.
This isn’t a National Wildlife Refuge though. Fort Carson belongs to and is controlled by the Army.

I've been watching boats on the Upper Mississippi Wildlife Refuge all afternoon, but the USFWS does not manage most of those accesses. I have also seen a few barges go buy so that tells me the Lock and Dam system is still operating.

This may help.
