Goat hooves?

Anyone know of a link or have advise on turning goat hooves. I'm not having any luck finding anything using my limited skills of internet searching. Frozen for now so no hurry on this search for info.

A pair of pointy vice grips to grab and twist the toe bones, while you use a scalpel knife to get down in there. Sometimes I broke several blades per toe. Those toe bones are not easy.

If the ankle & lower leg bones are still attached hang, over a railing and you can use gravity to your advantage. But still a tough job.

Well after doing exactly one (last I checked 3 to go). this job really SUCKS!! But on the positive side all the blood on the table was his... so far. Thanks for the pointers but I really need someone to show me (3 times over) how to best accomplish this!!
