Hey all, just wanted to see if there's many people who have bow hunted GMU 71 in colorado in the past. Going for the first time the 3rd week of september. I've heard that the hunter per square mile is pretty high there, but that the elk quantity is high as well. Mainly going for meat, but of course wouldn't mind that meat coming with some antlers. Any suggestions on areas, hints about getting away from the roads, or any other type of advice would be greatly appreciated.
