GMC 3.0 Duramax vs 6.6 Duramax

Has anyone got one in the ZR2 1500. The 3.0 was considerably cheaper then the 6.2 in the ZR2.

6.2 is a beast and is built on the most reliable v8 in production

That is what I heard about the 6.2. I don't think in the ZR2 the diesel gets much more mpg

I have a 2015 Duramax 6.6 with 78,000 miles. Was just in garage told it needs new DPF to tune of $5,000.00 from GM..
