Russ Fulcher just posted this public land management survey on his website. I was happy to see he was taking a beating on his Facebook over it. He has been no friend to public lands during his tenure elected service time and has essentially refused to do in person town hall meetings for years. Just browsing through the questions it seems easy to see his biases, directed questions and word choices

I filled out the survey. I was annoyed by how he framed some of the questions. Clearly trying to get answers that supports his stance.

I completed and left comments. Said is we have 1 Billion dollars for a ballroom we should have money to manage Federal Lands. I also pointed out the issues with the Equal Opportunity to Justice being used to prevent management.

I plan to follow up the survey with a phone call and email. Most likely Fulcher has lost my vote. Previous emails and phone calls have been ignored.

Thanks for posting this. I probably would have missed it. Hoping public comments do some good.

Got an email blast notifying me to fill it out. I thought it was an interesting survey; definetly had some questions that wouldn't pass muster in a real scientific poll, and there was defintely some inside baseball type questions as well. Overall I would be shocked it this changed Fulcher's tune about my public lands.

Coward dropped me from his email list.

MRS told me about this last night. I haven’t taken it yet.

Fulcher’s unique world view seems to be the feds should still own everything, but Idaho should have all the management authority over it. This management should come without burden to the state coffers.

Guided by the good folks at the American Farm Bureau of course.

Funny that the voice clip of him on Wikipedia is 1:30 minutes of his opposition to The Great American Outdoors Act from 2020.
