I have a percussion double with damascus barrels for sale. It is 14 gauge. I think it may be of French, or at least continental European origin, but I don't really know.

It has been refinished by someone before I got it, and while it looks, and is, quite nice, it is not perfect. There is a small amount of pitting near the muzzle and a chip missing under the breech on the left side (see photoes for close ups of both). The metal is slightly proud of the wood, but not too bad. I can take more pictures if there is something in particular that you wish to see.

Anyway, it's yours for $450, delivered anywhere in the USA. Foreign destinations - we can negotiate.

Good question. I don't know. I'll get back to you with that tonight. I should also weigh it - it is pretty light and quick.

Any other questions?

I have to admit, I have not shot that one. But for sure, it is very shootable. I just like my percussion guns with rifled barrels.

The damascus in is very good shape in this case, so it would be a fine hunting gun. You won't find many in that sort of condition. Most are badly rotted out.

You know, Crumb, you'd look mighty fine shootin' it...

Better jump on it before noharleyyet grabs it out from under ya :hump:
