No reflection intended toward my fellow "Recipe" partner in crime....
I have to get up at 3AM (sometimes earlier), and for the past couple of weeks there has been a 'Paws' goofing around on the patio, right outside my bedroom window.
Nuff said....
Stips down pretty much like a rabbit.
Soak in milk.
Dredge in egg.
Flour with some lemon pepper, salt, sage, and terragon.
Fry in shallow oil till just brown on each side.
I swear to God, Budda, ALA.. it taste JUST like chicken!!!!!!!
