Originally years ago I bought a used truck cap for my trips out west to sleep in. After a couple years of trying to camp out of that I realized it was just a dusty mess back there from gravel and 2 track roads no matter how good I tried to seal it up. Ended up bunking in the back seat the last 5 years or so, worked good but wasn’t near as roomy. I purchased this freedom camper today hoping it will be a better setup. I went with the 48”x79” so it would fit inside my wheel wells and not require a deck system that would raise it up several more inches. Also if I ever need a new truck and end up with a midsize this will still work without needing a trailer.
I will keep everyone updated on how I decide to make this work for my liking if anyone is interested

I'm not kidding, I almost made a post about these like 2 weeks ago. I can't wait to see/hear how it works out for you.
