You got if from a business with the HAZMAT permit and paid for the charges. YOU cannot ship it to anyone unless going through one of those businesses, but the charges would be very high if you could even find one to do so.

Like getting primed brass off Gunbroker shipped USPS. People get away with until they don't.
There must be easy Postal Inspectors in the 503 Area Code. Definitely a gun friendly state.
