Floor pedestal habitat

Just wondering for those of you who have done floor pedestal mounts how did you decide on what habitat to have included. I’m having a mule deer mounted but am having a difficult time deciding on habitat.

I’ll hopefully be getting my 2018 buck back soon. I’ll be doing my best to match the habitat and conditions where it was shot. Sage, dried grass, snow, red soil, and a bit of barbed wire.

I recommend something simple and think about how you will clean it periodically. Might want to consider artificial rocks/wood.
