First Sit of the Season = Success

[Life by the Horns]

Season has just started, and I went out hoping to get an opportunity at a doe to start replenishing the freezer. I didn't have any pre-season intel, but having seen a major decline in mature bucks on this property in the past few years, I didn't expect much.... This buck caught me completely by surprised when he came in a few minutes before the end of light. Took me a second to decide if he was a shooter, but I'm glad I did!

This was a really clean and fun hunt! Hope you enjoy!
