I shot a doe last night with my bow hump

Looked for her about 1 1/2 hours but it was tough going. She ran into a grown up field that is covered in sage grass and briars that are 4 feet tall. It was near impossible to find the blood trail, a spot here and there, then lose it again. Anyhow I did not find her until this morning and she had become coyote food :(

Bad thing is I was within 15 feet of her last night.
She only traveled about 70 yards from where I shot her to where I found her this morning.

That's a real coyote feast for sure. Now you can hunt the coyote, eh? Sorry, you were close. How many tags do you get?

About 127 tags Tom :) hump

Over the past 27 years and 100+ deer later...I think I have only lost 4 deer.
