Fairbanks Butcher/Freezer?

Hey there Folks:

Was hoping someone might be able to share their experience in Fairbanks. I'm headed to the slope for Caribou this season, and we've been trying to find someone that would has freezer space for rent to get everything frozen before the flight back, or worst case a butcher that would seam them out and freeze.

Or perhaps there is another option that I haven't thought of?
