I failed to add these are the original Kanabs NOT the 2.0's. On First Lite's website it says if you wore a Med. in the originals you would wear a Large in the 2.0's, I typically wear a 33 waist w/ 30 inseam and these are probably like what I wrote above anywhere from a 29-32 inseam and 31-33 waist, they have elastic in the waist so that's why there is such a variable in the size. These pants can be easily altered.
