Thanks. I agree laws aren't going to stop all crimes, especially gun registration. Anyway, I had a big falling out with Bloomberg (it turns out he's a pretty jealous husband), but luckily my other contract came through so I'm going to have to get to work on that. Can you recommend a hotel in Moscow?
