Hi all.
I was a huge bookworm growing up but these days find that with a demanding job my time to read full length books has declined.
That said, I love intellectually engaging essays. I’d appreciate cross pollination of what others have found to be great and worth sharing.
I’d like this to by a forum post where people can share funny/insightful/wise essays or speeches that they have enjoyed.
Suggested rule:
-essays/speeches and follow up memes only. No text (too damn easy for things to go down a political / cultural non-value added rabbit hole). Ok to post feedback, but only pictures/memes to keep it more IG than FB

Hopefully we can view this fun exercise as ‘not only meaningful but sacred, on fire with the same force that lit the stars’ (DFW)
