Eastern Montana Whitetail

I was wondering if anyone would be willing to share some tactics for an eastern MT whitetail hunt? A few people have mentioned hunting river bottoms, but is there anything else that would make my hunt more successful? Any information is greatly appreciated. I believe the hunt will next year at this time.

I bet you'll get a little more response eventually...I dont have too much for ya, but hunting the dry breaks "off" the river bottom is good and during the rut is best... at least for me. Biggest thing is to find some public land or block mangt. land so you know where you actually have access to hunt.
