East Crazy Mountain Land Exchange

The exchange had its problems, but the golf course issue is with the Crazy Mountain Ranch, which had nothing to do with the exchange. Yellowstone Club didn't acquire any land in the exchange.
The exchange was to enhance the value of their holdings in the area, which I get the distinct feeling long-term is to develop a second Yellowstone Club- a private retreat for the ultra-wealthy to provide a place for deals behind closed doors. And you can't have a retreat for anyone pretending to have money without a golf course.
