Well as the title says looking for/need some early
Season( archery) socks. Any suggestions I should look at?

I Iove SmartWool and the REI Merinos. I have the light and medium weights would suggest lights if you have"warm" feet and medium if you have "cold"feet. Also, silk of polypro liners.....I pefer polypro... I love dealing with REI, best guarntee EVER!! Just my 2cents :)

I use Smartwool and Darn Tough. The Darn Tough have a lifetime warranty on them which is rare for clothing.

Agree 100%!

I absolutely LOVE the Costco Merino Wool Hikers. Super cheap and very good socks. You get 4 pairs for under 15 bucks. I have had some pairs for 5 years and I can't wear them out. Best bang for the buck IMO.
