Doves for dinner

Had a good dove shoot the other day and some bacon left over, let's see what I can do with them

Wrap each bird in bacon

Broil 8/9 minutes, high heat

For side dish some winter vegetables will do

Dice and spray with a little oil, add afew pieces of bacon and bake at 450 for 30 minutes

Looks good

Dig in

Very nice! Have never seen anyone who's plucked a dove instead of just breasting it out. Looks very tasty! Congrats.
