Can't be done...simply the best there is.

Only thing I’ve had that came close is walleye.

Have only had walleye grilled (was great) so I can't say. Peanut oil/white & yellow corn meal'd crappie I'll brag on.

My dad is strictly a crappie fisherman. I have been known to fly home from a visit with a suitcase of frozen fillets.

I'll be getting a pic of some from my WI buddy. He's fled the farm for his ice house. I have a bag of crappie fillets in the freezer.
I'll trade elk backstrap for a good crappie fillet.
