DIY Marsh Seat

I needed a marsh seat for the coming duck season. There were some old crutches in the garage that I thought I could repurpose. I'm sure some of you are in the same situation, so I thought I'd share.



It still needs testing in the marsh, but I suspect it will work well.

This is perfect! I have a set in the garage also and I need a seat... Hmmm I have an old gun sling and scrap wood also...

I've often looked at crutches in thrift stores and thought, gee, those look like they could be repurposed for something. Strong and adjustable. Nice work!

dang gum thats pretty neat swamp seat. I just brought a cheap hunting stool on amazon for 12 dollars.
