Washington sucks for about everything except bears. Our bear population is very very high, and baiting / hounds have been illegal for 24 years now. Infested with bears, lots of color phase on the east side, and our fall season starts august 1st. Bag limit 2.

Seriously, don't waste your time on Taxachusetts. I live just north of there, and I don't know anybody who goes down there to hunt. Not worth the trouble.
