My parents have a bunch of apple trees in their yard and the deer are constantly in there eating, especially once the apples start to drop. They will hang out there all day. When they start eating the apples their poop is no longer pellets and is just diarrhea that you describe and show. My bet is diet. He is eating something to make that happen.

Seen it before, one time while I was duck hunting in 20 degree temps and blowing sleet. It's not fun to peel out of your waders, sweat pants, and long underwear to check on what you already know is there.
