Day one

[Elkhunter]

Well the elk trip started out with me picking up MEATHEAD at the airport. We had some last minute things to take care of, conservation stamp, perishable foods, beer and gas. Then it was throwing down some beer and some great conversation as we got to know each other a little at the house after having some buffalo burgers for dinner.

After talking with Martin on the phone for the past several months, it was great to sit and talk to him in person at last.

Well the other guy stopped by and met Martin also and informed us of all the friggin camps up there this year. That was not the kind of news we wanted him to stop by with.

So there was only one thing to do.........Have more beer.
