Dan Sr. Fix the pic for ya. Couple of his buddy's came up to the shop , Kind of nice talking with these young marines telling stories.
Tomorrow Dan will come back and Jarrod and his will grind up this old buck into burger.
I am missing out on all the fun. I finally talked to him last night. He sure was excited. When he came home on leave for Christmas, he told me he didn't think he was going to get a deer this year. It didn't take long once he got back. Thanks again to you and Jarrod for all of you've done for him.
Your welcome Dan, making friends with his room mates. I think we'll be doing some turkey hunting this year also. You should take a trip out when turkey season gets here.
Here is my son Jarrod"s Write up.
You have to love having kids who apply what is taught them.

The Hawk's Hunting Nation
So i have had the privilege to take a soldier for the U.S.A out hunting for the past 2 months. We haven't seen any deer this late season, and as we are in the last month i started to get worried none of us will harvest anything. Well we kept are spirits up and at the last second my father gave some advice on where to go hunt tonight. So as God comanded honor thy father and mother i listen to him and we went to where he said. Sure enough we pulled up and the deer were already waiting. In the woods. So we stalk the deer and the Lord blessed us in the end. The best part was we got there at 4pm and we were heading out by 4:45. It was a great hunt, even though we didnt even get into the stands.
