Left work on my scooter and had to pull over downtown due to wind and chit blowing through the air. Stopped at a *safe place* to have nachos and a beverage. Lost the dish three stories up so no sports, sun came out so headed home and spent until 8:30 with my chainsaw clearing one lane of a street in my neighborhood and chopped up a couple of big branches for my neighbors. Mowed last night, got up to irrigate at 4:30 this morning, and with the monsoon today the yard is a bog (go figure) and the last day of irrigation water today. Then only to find out that our little piece of heaven in OR may be on fire tonight. Will just have to wait for the fire updates in the morning from INCWeb. Nothing to do, but wait.
Some days are just better than others. OR bow starts on what the 26?-28? May suck for some of you.

Hope your Oregon prop doesn't burn up!

The archery season opens here Saturday the 24th this year.

Hope we get some rain SOON.

Thanks Bull, we are due North of Sumpter. Will just have to wait for updates in the morn. Our shack is in a meadow, but more worried about fire fuels on the hill above us and only 50 yards away. Lots of old down timber. Not a good thing.

Larry, if you're that free with chainsaw time, I've a large box elder in my back yard that needs to come down. How are you up on a 20' ladder?
Hope your getaway place weathers the firestorm ok buddy.
