Crappie were biting

My best friend and I decided to do a little fishing in his pond Sunday evening....turned out to be a great idea!! I think we kept 17-20 and threw back over 40!! We were throwing Mr Twister jigs ( me = orange/yellow him =bright green) it didn't seem to matter...catching them in about 1ft of water. We threw back the ones that were full of eggs and still had a blast.
