COOKED a turkey......

Borrowed my sisters new OIL cooker and boiled in oil my turkey I shot this year... ALL I got to say is MMMmm MMmmm GOD. I made a homemade marinade and it was all good.. WELL, truth be told, THE dark wing meat wasn't all that hot, but the rest of the White meat was..... (Besides being cooked a few mins to long) VERY VERY good.....

Uhh you know that Diet I was on.. Today set me a WEEK back

I had it once deep fried like that and it was very good. This one I got this year, I boned it right at the site and just took the meat. The legs and thighs still had a bone. Then just cooked it up in the fry pan on one side of a breast. I also made soup by dropping a leg into a crock pot with some other goodies and cooking it all day. That was very good soup...
