Colorado unit 47 elk hunting

Im curious if anyone has hunted elk archery in unit 47 wanting to do a backpack hunt there and just curious how successful others have been or any advice on the area I’m going to make a couple scouting trips out before hunting

Keep in mind that 47 became a draw unit this year due to continued reduced elk numbers. PM me your area and I may be able to answer some questions. I've hunted the unit several times.
