I just got this in my inbox this evening, the cuts wernt as bad as l was thinking they would be.

The cuts are significant if you hunt the flattops or NW CO. Regardless of the cuts, the animals loss is significant in this area and will take years to recover. Hunting will be completely different in this part of the state.
