On the DOW web sight go to big game,statistics, Hunt recap summaries.

That page tells you the specific quota for a specific license allotment. It tells you how many applied for it, along with what choice hunt it was for those who applied. Then it gives you the numbers of preference points that were had by those who applied. It's kinda confusing at first to look at a page full of numbers, but once you figure it out, it's good information.
