Colorado Refund Question

I applied for an elk point and a deer point this year and have only been refunded the deer portion. Is there normally a delay in the Elk point refund? First time to buy an elk point.

All refunds should be mailed by the 17th. They probably just haven't processed them yet. Should be any day now.

Deer refund is always a couple of weeks ahead of elk.
