Hi guys I've posted a few times on here and just wanted to see if u guys have any first hand knowledge on the elk herd around Hesperus Mt and Burro Mt? I hunted there two yrs ago and my buddy shot a small 4x4 bull, not bad for our first time there! I don't want anyones hot spots or where to go etc... Im just looking if anyone is seeing elk or how the population is in the area. I plan on calling parks and wildlife this week to hear what they have to say. I know it is rugged territory out there and we already have are game plan together. Gonna start where my buddy shot his and where I saw 2 decent bulls on are last trip. So any info would be greatly appreciated its hard scouting from Pa. LOL Thanks in advance
