Colorado Deer Thoughts

Since it looks like I struck out for AZ elk, I was planning on doing a double elk & deer in AZ, I am thinking strongly about Co. deer. I think I have narrowed it down to 53 or 54 third season or 66 or 67 second season. I have 8 points and should have a shot at drawing one of those, just got to decide which one.

Normal disclaimer of not looking for honey holes, just thoughts in general on these 4 units. Unless of course you can give me the coordinates in another unit that I can draw and be guaranteed a 200 incher!

I think 66 or 67 will have more deer, just not sure if trophy size will be any better than 53 or 54. If it where me I would try for a third season tag in 53 or 54 because of the later dates and chance of catching part of the rut.
