3rd rifle is pretty late next year. Should be an awesome hunt for mule deer.

Draw odds improved in a number of units last year, I got to figure a bunch of guys are sitting on points waiting to unload this fall.
Outside of season dates, which are set for 5 years at a time, annual changes to seasons (additions, subtractions, etc) are presented at the November PWC meeting and approved at the January meeting. You can see all of the Chapter 2 issue papers that were presented in November at this link.
License quotas for all species except sheep and mountain goat are presented and approved at the May meeting, after the draw deadline.
