Cold weather Ducking

It was cold today and the ducks didn't want to leave the water very bad. We had a longer hunt then anticipated but ended up with some ducks.

The blinds set up on the ice. In the distance you can see my hunting buddy walking back to get the boat while I run the camera.

Was about a -20 wind chill. Can't wait for another go around tommorrow.

I'll be out tomorrow. Birds not flying until at least 9:30 and most likely 10:30 in the morning here. Hopefully my field wasn't hunted this morning.
