CO Elk Hunt for Hunter w/ Disability

Have a buddy that has hunted several years for elk in CO GMU 12. This past year he was diagnosed with ALS. Would love to get him at least one more opportunity for an elk. I know it is getting late in process and not sure of his point status (I am a newbie so zero for me).

Anyone know of good place to go in CO? Any outfitters that are set up for 4x4 or 4 wheeler access?

Looking for ideas.
