CO App...Am I right?

If I wait to apply for CO elk until April 1st or 2nd ( 2nd is the deadline) the small game license I buy will be valid until March 31, 2020.

Then if I apply for elk next year by March 31st - I can get to apps out of one small game license...right?

Agree the computer system does not seem to be setup like Utah and Alaska, and the statutes definitely are worded different. I believe it says must hold an ...license for... year, rather than must hold a valid license.
