Good morning and it's good to be back at home. This is my second post since I made it back and I am a lot slower than I used to be so hang with me a little bit.
My husband told me the other night that he was going to start going turkey hunting been as deer hunting just hasn't worked out too good for him. He told me, he would kill the turkey and I could clean and prepare the critter.
My question is, how do you start cleaning and preparing a turkey? Do you start by plunking all the feathers? Hey, lol I know some of you might find some of my questions funny to hilarious but this is one DixieLady who has not had as much experience at cleaning fresh game as others have had...except for squirrels.
