Chukar Question

Ah, you've been chasing the devil bird.

On an average Idaho day, I'd say 4-5.

On an average Nevada day, I'd say 5-6.

Somedays I'd break up a covey of 50-60 birds and spend the day busting smaller groups of the original group.

I sure do miss those little buggers. The wiley ringneck is a suitable substitue though.
 
Yes, the devil bird. It's a love-hate relationship, eh?

Have any of you guys ever shot a double limit of chukar and huns? Seems like the hun half is tough unless you've got some nice private land to work over.
