Chicken and cream of chicken soup

chicken (What ever you like) I usually use poeces of chickn for this recipe
then you take a can of cream od chix soup and mix with half can of water, through it all inthe crock pot and cook on low all day, Ten serve over rice and we usually have this with corn. It really is good and easy.
