Cheesecake lovers?

One of my side gigs is I bake a lot of cheesecakes for people and cater small events. I wished i had kept track to the number of cakes I've made over the years! I want to smoke one and see how that would be. Here are a few of my recent ones i have made. I am always open to suggestions to new flavors!

So are these made with a spring-form pan and "self" crust? Thought about doing that but it sounded tricky.

Yes i use a spring form pan, i make the crust from crushed graham crackers for most of them. Sometimes i will make a brownie crust. They are super easy to make IMO

My wife bakes cheesecake and everyone likes it. It’s the most disgusting thing ever…. I make her get me this for my Birthday. Only me and my daughter eat it. It’s glorious to have half a tub to yourself. Lol

It’s an abomination of actual cheesecake. It’s like drinking PBR at a wine tasting.

My wife makes a Caramel Sea Salt cheese cake that delicious ! My second favorite is Pumpkin with a Cranberry relish on top .

Why? you eat to many of them you will not be able to hike there anyways. lol, dam they look good! We use to get a raspberrry white chocolate from a local place near my last duty station for special events, amazing. Now i got a sweet tooth

Lol i don't make them for myself ever. I will make them for holidays and have a piece but thats about it!
