My brother in law is a chainsaw artist and he has been playing around with some euro mount ideas. He brought this one over to the house tonight. It’s some special African wood. The antlers came from a buck I wounded a couple of yrs ago and he and I tracked it all day but lost the blood trail. He ended up shooting the buck a few weeks later during muzzy season and he said I just skimmed him right below his brisket.

That is an awesome looking euro. That has to require patience and a lot of wood!

Fantastic! That's an incredible manner to showcase antlers!
The duck and crappie are amazing as well!

If $ was no object, I would love to showcase matching sheds with that type of talent.

It truly is amazing to see how far he has come from his first pieces to now. He’s only been at it for 4 yrs. It’s all chainsaw work and then he uses a smaller dremel type tool for the finer details. He works right outside of Fargo in Glyndon MN, so if you ND or MN guys are up in that area he is always willing to give tours of his shop/etc...but fair warning, don’t bring any cash/checks/credit cards or hunting dogs...he has accepted all forms of those payments...LOL

Wow that is incredible! I've wanted to do something similar with wood, but make the antlers out of wood also. Never found the time or the patience! lol
