Well, I've made enough excuses, spent plenty of time ice fishing and doing other chores to avoid getting myself in shape. I managed to drop a few pounds due to our insurance carriers health screening. I gave up Pepsi and RC Cola - that sucked, and most of my chocolate treats and ice cream, certainly not all. I've cut the Busch Lite bill in half or more and now, today, I finally got on the stair climber and went to work while watching a few episodes of Fresh tracks on the YouTube. I stacked up some boxes and put my computer in front of the stair climber and went to work. I didn't kill it, but I got started. I'm posting this as motivation for others to do the same. Critter seasons will be upon us again before we know it, and this year I have to be able to climb farther and faster than my 24 y.o. daughter who will hopefully be joining me on my WY elk hunt. Lets get after it boys and girls!
