Chadron Crawford, NE area for turkey. Any suggestions on places to stay?

Booked a hotel but looking for something more in the cabin/outfitter style lodging. Not looking to hunt with an outfitter just a place to enjoy the hunt and not come back to a hotel. Not gonna tent-it if at all possible. Have a 23hr trip and trying to go as minimal as possible to stay Mobil if we find success early.

State park has cabins, used to be very reasonable and nice.
Hunt near the radio tower on the forest.

I was going to suggest the cabins at the state park but I think they are like $120-$150 a night. There were turkeys around a radio tower when I was out there last fall also.

Looks like some at least under $100.
Funny, haven't hunted there in years but interesting to know the turkeys are hanging out in their historic spots.
Might look into Fort Robinson State Park also , not too far from Chadron.
