Yeah I was kinda going off this. And looking like 6-700$Never had the scope and rings done but locally it’s about $200 for barrel/action and another $100 if you want the stock dipped. Just dropped off a vanguard yesterday. There are some diy options out there and some guys here that know what they’re doing but that’s a nice rifle and I tend to lean toward something professional if it’s a gun you want to keep.
Cerakote prices seem like what you would normally run in to, seems way high for a hydro dip camo. The stock you have is already gonna be resistant, so the camo is purely cosmetic and can always be done later.Yeah I was kinda going off this. And looking like 6-700$

Yeah. May just get a good cleaning. The camo pattern looked pretty cool.Cerakote prices seem like what you would normally run in to, seems way high for a hydro dip camo. The stock you have is already gonna be resistant, so the camo is purely cosmetic and can always be done later.
Never had any reason to cerakote a scope, they come with a pretty good finish. Also, if you ever wanted to upgrade optics later you’re pretty much stuck with the scope you cerakoted unless you happen to come across somebody with that same color rifle.
