Canadian hunting out West...

Question for any Canadians who have hunted out West (Colorado,Montana etc) . What is acceptable for a Hunters Education card ???

I'm from Ontario , and while I've taken the Canadian Firearms Safety Course and the Ontario Hunters Ed course I do not actually have a Hunters Education card . I just have my Ontario Outdoors Card with the hunting /fishing stuff on it and my PAL but not a specific Hunters Ed card. (then again i took it in high school lol) I get that there is reciprocity between the Provinces and the States but am unsure what documentation I would actually need to bow hunt out West with regards to providing an actual Hunters Education card when one was not provided .

Id make a call to the state where you plan to hunt and talk with a Game Warden.
