Just saw this post Oscar- Yup, Redding is correct. I believe I do know who he is, Amigo Supply's new store is not too far from my house. Ask your boss if Sean is related to Eric and Linda Batten. Eric is a realtor and used to be a professional golfer at one time.

I think the big gains have already been made down here, and those buying now for spec will not see the huge fast gains made previously. After all, who can buy at these prices? I've gained over half a million in equity in just a couple years...but we are already seeing home prices drop.

Cali- Thats EXACTLY why I'm staying put! Equity is fine, unless you need to live somewhere else to get it!

WH- Yup, I b-tail hunt (though unsuccessfully I might add ) within a 20-40 minute radius of town.

Jose- No Calpine stock for this boy...course time the bloodletting is over it may end up a penny stock! 30-40% whack on the value in one day and no Captains running the ship. Wonder what Bear-Sterns read on it is!

I saw that list on the Front page of the Newspaper.... I thought that was the Amount of People investing here locally , I didn't read the Article yet but it's siting close by for the Chitter reading

By next year the Numbers will look more like :

1. Boise, Idaho 98.50 percent
